Our newest CERT trainees are facing their final graduation exercise, and we need your help to make the disaster simulation as realistic and safe as possible!

Let’s keep our response readiness clean and sharp! Join us for a hands-on morning dedicated to maintaining our response vehicles and getting comfortable with the gear we rely on when disaster strikes.

Whether you’re a seasoned responder or a new member looking to get your hands on our equipment, this is the perfect chance to build confidence and camaraderie.

Join us for this month’s training session, focused on refreshing and practicing basic first aid and disaster medical operations, ensuring team members can rapidly assess and treat injuries in the aftermath of a disaster when professional emergency services are delayed.

This specialized training session goes beyond basic CERT training to equip team members with the high-quality resuscitation skills needed to save lives in both everyday medical emergencies and coordinated disaster responses. Focus areas include high-quality CPR, team dynamics and multiple rescuer CPR, use of an AED, airway management, and choking relief.
